Speed Queen's fine mesh lint screen cleans itself automatically by depositing lint into a large storage area (single tumbler pictured) for easy removal. It allows customers to receive the most efficient drying while eliminating the need to manually clean filter after each use. The stack's unique lint drawers, for each cylinder, offers maximum lint capacity in a minimum amount of space.
Continuous opening and closing can take a toll on tumbler doors in a busy coin laundry. Speed Queen's attractive stainless steel door will not chip and incorporates a durable latch to secure door throughout cycle, preventing unwanted door openings. Extra wide hinges evenly distribute forces on the door so that it can stand up to heavy usage.
Fewer moving parts mean fewer maintenance problems and less wear. Because each component is designed to perform a singular task, none is overworked. The result is less wear individually and increased reliability overall. And to keep
things simple we've designed our slimline and stack tumblers to be compatible for easy installation and repair. In fact, even our control box, which swings out for easy maintenance and accessibility, can be interchanged between different models.
We've designed our stack and slimline tumblers for efficient use of space and maximum customer potential. At 42.875" (1089 mm) our stack tumblers have the shallowest install size in the industry; the slimline's narrow 28" (711 mm) width allows the installation of more tumblers in a given space. Speed Queen's tumblers not only fit well together they look good too. An innovative pain system includes nine stages of pre-treat to increase corrosion resistance on embossed steel. Paint is ectrostatically applied and baked on to the equipment for superior bonding.
